A minimum of 4 years of experience in designing industrial controls and programming PLCs from scratch is required. Proficiency in designing power distribution systems and implementing drive and motor applications is essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of modular machine design principles and ladder logic programming, along with hands-on experience with industrial automation platforms such as B&R, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, GE, and/or Siemens. Familiarity with UL/CE or CSA compliance standards is also necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities are important for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
