Responsibilities
Manage the results of a territory of branded partner retail locations to ensure delivery of consistent customer experience and achievement of regional sales objectives
Work with management of branded partners to ensure delivery of best in class sales, customer experience, operational execution and financial performance at branded partner locations
Establish goals and work with branded partner management to identify areas for strategic and operational improvement
Support assigned branded partner locations to ensure delivery of consistent customer experience
Manage ongoing relationships with branded partners and develop and distribute promotional and communications materials
Ensure each branded partner retail location is maintained and merchandised consistent with brand standards and operating guidelines
Serve as liaison to branded partners with regards to any sales and customer care-related issues that may escalate to Comcast
Create and provide face-to-face sales presentations to branded partner management
Attain territorial sales goals and objectives as established by regional/divisional management
Maintain and prepare daily prospecting and sales funneling activity reports as required
