Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; engineering background preferred
3–4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a diverse supply chain or procurement environment
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
English language skills at intermediate level (B1/B2)
Knowledge of Hungarian, Serbian, French, or German at B1 level is a plus
Strong stakeholder and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and negotiate effectively
Willingness to work in a dynamic and complex environment

Responsibilities

Handle spot buys, eCatalog purchases, and framework agreements in line with category sourcing strategies, guidelines, and established processes
Lead RFx activities (Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation) ensuring full compliance with internal procedures
Drive effective quote collection within budget and improve spend efficiency by increasing adoption of eCatalog/ERP/framework contracts
Identify and generate sustainable cost savings in cooperation with the sourcing team
Manage relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Make informed decisions regarding collected offers and manage sourcing projects using the Ariba SP platform
Ensure smooth supplier onboarding and updates in Ariba SLP or Service Now systems, maintaining clear communication flow between all parties involved
