Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; engineering background preferred
  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a diverse supply chain or procurement environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • English language skills at intermediate level (B1/B2)
  • Knowledge of Hungarian, Serbian, French, or German at B1 level is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and negotiate effectively
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and complex environment

Responsibilities

  • Handle spot buys, eCatalog purchases, and framework agreements in line with category sourcing strategies, guidelines, and established processes
  • Lead RFx activities (Request for Information, Request for Proposal, Request for Quotation) ensuring full compliance with internal procedures
  • Drive effective quote collection within budget and improve spend efficiency by increasing adoption of eCatalog/ERP/framework contracts
  • Identify and generate sustainable cost savings in cooperation with the sourcing team
  • Manage relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Make informed decisions regarding collected offers and manage sourcing projects using the Ariba SP platform
  • Ensure smooth supplier onboarding and updates in Ariba SLP or Service Now systems, maintaining clear communication flow between all parties involved
