Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Strong customer service and client facing skills
  • Must be amenable to work morning and/or mid shift throughout the work week and at least two times a week in office (hybrid model)

Responsibilities

  • Support clients who utilize Nasdaq indexes and corresponding products
  • Support institutional partners who disseminate Nasdaq indexes through their platforms
  • Address day-to-day inquiries regarding index data and products
  • Act as technical liaisons between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring that clients' expectations and KPIs are met
  • Work with clients and partners to define business and system requirements, implementing processes to streamline interactions whenever possible
  • Prepare and distribute proactive client communications regarding index news and announcements
  • Capture intelligence from client interactions into CRM system
  • Work with the global Index Client Services team on various ongoing initiatives to improve the client experience
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients in conjunction with the sales teams, coordinating access to all data and services the client is entitled to receive, both direct from Nasdaq and through 3rd party vendors
  • Analyze, communicate, and raise client concerns as they relate to Nasdaq product offerings to leadership
