Requirements

  • Engineering experience and technical skills to define design and overall architecture for highly scalable and robust solutions

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, developing plans, removing barriers, providing resources, measuring progress, and adjusting performance
  • Provide supervision and development for associates through selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, building team environments, setting expectations, evaluating performance, recognizing achievements, and coaching
  • Promote company policies, procedures, mission, values, ethics, and integrity by training others, ensuring compliance, and supporting the Open Door Policy
  • Evaluate effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives; consult stakeholders; apply suggestions for efficiency; and support community outreach
  • Build a centralized, intelligent repository for discovery, governance, and operationalization of AI assets (as part of AI Catalog team)
  • Build, test, and deploy cutting-edge solutions at scale impacting Walmart associates worldwide
  • Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community
  • Engage with Product Management and Business to drive agendas, set priorities, and deliver products
  • Apply technical skills to design and build enhanced processes and solutions supporting strategic initiatives
  • Work closely with Architects and cross-functional teams following practices for solution delivery meeting QCD within architectural guidelines
  • Work with senior leadership to chart future product roadmaps
  • Participate in hiring and build high-performing agile teams
  • Interact closely with business owners and technical teams in India and globally for requirements
