Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible for employment in the United States, and able to pass an extensive background check and drug screening. They must also live within driving distance or be willing to relocate, possess a current BSIS guard card or be eligible to qualify for one, and hold a high school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

As an Incident Commander, the individual will develop relationships with clients, track and report on program performance assurance and compliance requirements, perform security patrols, monitor access points, contact emergency services in case of emergencies, permit authorized entry, observe departing personnel, prepare incident reports, provide assistance to employees, attend project meetings, and work independently while maintaining attentiveness and energy.
