In-Home Health - Physician (Part Time) - Springfield, MA at CVS Health

This is a part-time position.

The role involves in-home health evaluations in the private residences of members in Springfield, MA, with flexibility for local travel within licensed states and virtual visits as needed.

Responsibilities include conducting 45-minute in-home health evaluations with medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, and additional diagnostic tests if ordered, using an iPad for workflow without prescribing medicine or altering treatments.

Clinicians work in diverse private homes that may contain pets, secondhand smoke, or allergens, and are part of a national network of purpose-driven colleagues focused on improving health outcomes through unhurried, one-on-one conversations.

Ideal candidates have a passion for engaging with people, helping on their health journey, and can comfortably perform duties in diverse home environments while building trusted relationships.
