Expertise in portfolio, program, and project management tools and capabilities
Ability to lead process ownership, development, improvement, deployment, documentation, and maintenance
Experience in ensuring processes are lean, scalable, and strategically integrated with strategy and execution
Skills in process integration with systems and reporting for end-to-end processes
Capability to support capability roadmaps and activate improvement/maturity plans
Proficiency in providing day-to-day process support and applying innovative solutions
Experience developing and executing lean, effective training strategies for global, diverse user bases

Responsibilities

Develop and improve processes, communications, and training to support portfolio, project, and resource management across the J&JIM supply chain
Lead process ownership to manage, deploy, document, and maintain lean, scalable processes integrated with strategy and execution across IMSC
Lead process integration with systems and reporting requirements to deliver one end-to-end process and deploy consistent training
Support capability roadmaps across Portfolio, Program, and Project Management and activate improvement/maturity plans for effective decision-making and streamlined execution
Ensure day-to-day process support to the IMSC portfolio, program, and project management community and apply innovative solutions to optimize and mature capabilities
Develop and execute a lean, effective training strategy supporting the global and diverse user base of portfolio processes and tools
Deliver requirements and identify efficiencies
