Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in implementation, client success, or project management, ideally within healthcare or enterprise SaaS environments. They should have strong experience managing day-to-day client operations, running project management meetings, and setting agendas for cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are required, along with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations, manage competing priorities, and deliver polished, professional communications is also necessary. Familiarity with healthcare operations and workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

As an Implementation Success Partner, the role involves overseeing daily operations at assigned clients, facilitating feedback sessions with client teams, guiding clients through the implementation journey, gathering client feedback and resolving issues, developing and maintaining implementation documentation, refining messaging for client communications, serving as the primary escalation point and support contact, defining and measuring value-creation initiatives, delivering tailored training sessions, collaborating with R&D and other internal teams, and aligning go-live schedules with organizational readiness.
