Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects (defining the work, aligning with stakeholders, communicating the project plan, and delivering results in accordance with expectations)
  • Ability to keep teams on track to meet milestones and work effectively in a remote-first setting, with <10% travel as needed
  • Adept at understanding customer needs, tailoring implementations, building strong relationships, and acting as a proactive guide and advocate
  • Experienced in navigating change management processes and helping customers adapt to new systems
  • Solid understanding of a complex product (ideally Ashby) and its technical intricacies; technically curious and creative
  • Skilled in advising customers on best practices for optimal software value
  • Proactive critical thinking and solutions orientation to address customer opportunities and improve processes
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations
  • Clear, direct, and concise communication (written and verbal), with precision in asking clarifying questions and distilling complex concepts
