Requirements

Candidates should have extensive experience managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects, including defining work, aligning stakeholders, communicating plans, and delivering results. They must be adept at understanding customer needs, tailoring implementations, building strong customer relationships through engagement and communication, and navigating change management processes. A solid understanding of complex products and technical intricacies is required, along with technical curiosity and creativity. Candidates should also possess strong critical thinking, solutions orientation, clear communication, active listening, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, technical proficiency, data-driven decision-making abilities, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for coaching customers. The ability to travel less than 10% as needed for strategic customer engagements is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist will manage and execute the end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers, primarily within the Strategic (Enterprise) segment. They will develop and execute implementation plans to ensure a positive customer experience and expedited time to value, supporting customers in getting up and running swiftly to achieve their desired outcomes. Responsibilities include advising customers on best practices for software usage to ensure optimal value, proactively addressing customer opportunities, improving internal processes, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress.
