Implementation Project Manager

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience leading client-facing implementation projects, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills and effective leadership abilities with a focus on achieving results. They should also have experience overseeing the implementation of complex software solutions, particularly within the SaaS, health tech, or health insurance industries, and a deep understanding of software implementation best practices.
The Implementation Project Director will lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of large-scale and strategic client projects, creating and maintaining project plans to ensure timely completion of tasks, proactively anticipating and navigating potential project risks, and collaborating closely with clients to capture requirements and communicate the value of solutions. This role involves coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders, conducting client facing presentations, leading cross-functional implementation teams, and providing training and support resources to clients, as well as facilitating post-implementation reviews and fostering collaboration across various internal teams.
