Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have at least 3+ years of project management experience, demonstrating the ability to implement projects and meet deadlines. They should also have a thorough understanding of agile methodologies, advanced facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills, along with advanced written and verbal communication skills. Experience in large, matrixed organizations and a PMP or equivalent certification are preferred. Two or more years of experience in AI, Generative AI, data science, ML engineering, or software engineering is also desired, as is experience in healthcare.
Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing projects, monitor progress and performance against the project plan, take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays, develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status, make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues, and ensure that use cases are completed on time.
