Responsibilities

Lead the implementation process for new customers across the Agents Platform and other product lines
Develop ElevenLabs' Customer Success playbook for implementation excellence
Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success) to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned customer journeys
Define best practices for customer implementation and adoption across global markets
Monitor customer progress during implementation, proactively identifying and removing roadblocks
Drive alignment across customer stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and mutual success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Develop and refine scalable implementation processes that ensure customers achieve time-to-value quickly and effectively
Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks in the implementation process
Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and other teams to ensure successful implementation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in implementation and customer success
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the implementation process
Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to resolve complex technical issues
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Participate in the annual company offsite and co-working stipend program
