Requirements

Familiarity with enterprise data stacks, cloud platforms, and data privacy is preferred, as is experience in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

The Implementation Engagement Manager – Enterprise will own the full enterprise implementation lifecycle from kickoff through completion, managing scope, timeline, stakeholders, and success metrics; build and maintain detailed project plans, proactively drive execution, and coordinate across internal and customer teams to deliver against key milestones; act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders during implementation, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage; partner with Solution Architects, who manage technical execution, while owning overall engagement and delivery strategy; proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues—ensuring timely escalation and resolution; regularly report on progress, blockers, and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders; drive process improvement by refining templates, playbooks, and delivery models for scale; and manage the transition from implementation to sustained value and growth in collaboration with Customer Success Managers.
