Responsibilities

プロジェクト計画やプロジェクトリソースの管理を含む、新規Box顧客の実装をリードする
お客様毎に、構想策定、初期導入支援、利用定着化のための計画を確実に実行する
プロジェクトの進捗管理、課題・リスク管理、リソース管理を適切に行い、状況を関係者に報告する
お客様のユースケースと要件を理解し、Boxの企業向け・業界向けのベストプラクティスを活用し、お客様の設計・設定のアドバイスを行う
導入時のお客様の問題のトラブルシューティング
お客様の大規模なデータ移行の案件を支援する
Boxと３rdパーティー製品の連携を踏まえ、お客様に対してEndToEndのソリューションを提案する
営業と連携し、新規プロジェクトのスコープ、見積もり、作業明細書を作成する
営業およびCSMチームと連携し、お客様毎に、Boxをお客様の業務ITシステムの中核として頂くための計画を策定し、さらに、将来的な売上拡大に向けた計画策定を行う
お客様の声を把握し、社内へフィードバックすることで、Boxのサービス改善につなげる
