The Implementation Business Analyst will create detailed and reliable solutions for clients, documenting customer requirements and preparing technical specifications as needed. They will design and deliver reports, bank files, and other interfaces, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and project timelines. The role involves proactively identifying risks and issues, documenting customer solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, the analyst will specify the impact of business processes on interfaces, participate in project status calls, and work on specific technical projects focused on business improvement.
