The Implementation Business Analyst will create detailed and reliable solutions for clients, documenting customer requirements and working with subject matter experts to prepare technical specifications. They will design and deliver reports, bank files, and other interfaces, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer solutions. The role also involves identifying risks and issues, contributing to continuous improvement efforts, and participating in project status calls, as well as working on specific technical projects to drive business improvements.
