Requirements

Industry-leading expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in facility design for Advanced Therapies & Medicinal Products (ATMP)
Profound knowledge of current industry and regulatory standards, trends, 483s, and audit reports
Strong technical leadership skills to define and deploy vision and strategy for standard facility and equipment design
Experience in end-to-end technical support for capital projects, including concept, design, construction, commissioning, and process validation
Ability to oversee design and creation of facility and equipment processes and standards for safe, compliant, and reliable transition from project to operations
Capability to foster collaboration across project teams and end-state site engineering teams for seamless handover

Responsibilities

Provide expert engineering technical support and guidance in facility business needs, design, construction, commissioning, and process validation for greenfield and brownfield ATMP facilities
Define and deploy a vision and strategy for standard facility and equipment design across all Innovative Medicine (IM) ATMP capital projects
Oversee the design and creation of all necessary facility and equipment processes and standards to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable transition from project build to start-up, handover to operations, and maintenance
Keep abreast of all current industry and regulatory standards and trends (e.g., 483s, audit reports) to ensure IM ATMP manufacturing plants are designed, built, and commissioned to leading-edge industry standards
Work across project teams and end-state site engineering teams to ensure integration, close collaboration, and seamless handover from project to operations
