Requirements

Industry-leading expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in facility design for Advanced Therapies & Medicinal Products (ATMP)
Profound knowledge of current industry and regulatory standards for ATMP manufacturing plants
Ability to provide end-to-end technical support across facility business needs, design, construction, commissioning, and process validation for greenfield and brownfield projects
Strong technical leadership skills to define and deploy a vision and strategy for standard facility and equipment design in IM ATMP capital projects
Capability to oversee design and creation of facility and equipment processes and standards for safe, compliant, and reliable transition from project build to start-up, operations, and maintenance
Experience working collaboratively across project teams and end-state site engineering teams to ensure integration, constant collaboration, and seamless handover

Responsibilities

Provide expert engineering technical support and guidance in facility business needs, design, construction, commissioning, and process validation for strategic ATMP facilities
Lead technically in defining and deploying a vision and strategy for standard facility and equipment design across all IM ATMP capital projects
Oversee the design and creation of all necessary facility and equipment processes and standards to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable transition from project build phase to start-up, operations, and maintenance
Keep abreast of all current industry and regulatory standards to ensure IM ATMP manufacturing plants are designed, built, and commissioned to leading-edge industry standards
Work across project teams and end-state site engineering teams to ensure integration, close collaboration during the project phase, and seamless handover from project to operations
