Responsibilities

Provide technical/functional business analyst support for Voya’s Front Office Systems, focusing on Bloomberg AIM to ensure optimal service quality
Test new tools and collaborate with risk and security teams to ensure applications meet Voya’s standards
Administer and configure front-office applications, including users, accounts, and static data; provide audit evidence
Support onboarding of new clients and investment products, ensuring business requirements are covered front-to-back
Configure and maintain Bloomberg OMS, including user accounts, workflows, system updates, and enhancements
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for platform integration and seamless data flow
Apply investment platform configuration knowledge to support initiatives
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures; ensure knowledge transfer
Engage with stakeholders (e.g., Risk, Investment Teams, Compliance) on daily production issues and key initiatives
Manage issue/change lists and track progress through resolution
