Pay Range: $43,000 - $56,200 per year


Position Overview

Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first. The IFG Compliance Representative 2 ensures compliance with carrier and governmental requirements. This role performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments, including computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

We are currently seeking a Compliance Representative for a limited term position that is expected to be 3-9 months, but the exact length is to be determined (TBD).


Responsibilities

The IFG Agency - Compliance Representative 2 responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs intake, tracking, and researching of compliance issues to assure compliance with contract obligations.
  • Maintains relationships with agencies and carriers.
  • Coordinates agency meetings.
  • Coordinates and prepares corrective action plans, as needed.
  • Makes decisions typically focused on the interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments.
  • Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
  • Follows standard policies/practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and/or independent discretion.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • LIMITED TERM position - Length is expected to be 3-9 months, but exact time is TBD.
  • Experience in compliance back-end work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or graduate degree.
  • Experience in healthcare insurance.
