IAM Security Engineer

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, including 3+ years of Okta administration, encompassing advanced configurations like OIDC/Oauth, SCIM, cross-tenant federation, Okta Workflows, and APIs. Furthermore, they should have 3+ years of experience administering identity for systems, such as IAM configuration for SaaS and/or PAM, LDAP, Cert-based, Radius, and network infrastructure, and 2+ years of scripting experience in BASH or Python, or developing in a language like Python, GO, or Node.js. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders are also required, along with a broad understanding of Identity and Access Management and experience in deploying IAM in a regulated environment like SOC2, FedRAMP, and ISO27001.
The IAM Security Engineer will partner closely with GRC, security, engineering, and IT teams to build IAM and Identity Governance solutions that impact the organization's workforce and customer identity platforms. They will champion and build a next-generation identity fabric and counter identity cybersecurity threats, working cross-functionally with identity stakeholders. The role involves monitoring and managing identity systems, configuring Okta, administering identity for various systems, implementing scripting solutions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations such as SOC2, FedRAMP, and ISO27001.
