Candidates must possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Identity Governance and Administration and/or Identity and Access Management, with demonstrated expertise in IAM/IGA technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze technical requirements and develop service propositions.
The IAM/IGA Technical Account Manager will communicate with customers and internal teams to explain products and implementation schedules, review technical requirements and schedules, assist in Pre-Sales activity by analyzing prospects’ business and technical requirements, demonstrate products to customers, identify services customers need, produce service implementation estimates and plans, oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services, manage the ongoing relationship with customers, analyze customers’ support requirements, communicate the Saviynt vision and product roadmap, and drive expansion opportunities.
