Requirements

Responsibilities

The IAM/IGA Technical Account Manager will communicate with customers and internal teams to explain products and implementation schedules, review technical requirements and schedules, assist in Pre-Sales activity by analyzing prospects’ business and technical requirements, demonstrate products to customers, identify services customers need, produce service implementation estimates and plans, oversee the successful delivery of Professional Services, manage the ongoing relationship with customers, analyze customers’ support requirements, communicate the Saviynt vision and product roadmap, and drive expansion opportunities.
