Requirements

Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of technical IAM security architecture experience
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Experience integrating IAM Security technologies with existing technologies
Experience implementing IAM Security technologies with enterprise-wide impact
Master's degree in Technical Field
CISSP or CEH or similar certification
Travel: occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $129,300 - $177,800 per year

Responsibilities

Determine security architecture requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements
Translate business needs into technical systems solutions
Integrate HR systems, applications, IDPs, and various other IAM tools and resources
Provide access-related solutions
Advises leadership to develop functional strategies (segment specific) on matters of significance
Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues
Work under minimal supervision
Use independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action
Implement IAM Security technologies with enterprise-wide impact
