The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in a similar IAM role or within an IAM team. Experience with IAM tools such as Sailpoint IdentityIQ, Sailpoint IdentityNow, IBM Security/Tivoli Identity Manager, One Identity, CA Identity Manager, Omada Identity Suite, ForgeRock, NetIQ Identity Manager, Oracle IAM, or Okta is required. A strong understanding of Identity LifeCycle Management, Provisioning and Certification processes, scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, and Java, and experience with Source Code management in Git are also necessary. Familiarity with identity & authentication standards/protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, FIDO2) and experience with Web Services APIs (REST and SOAP) is expected.
As an Identity & Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining new application connectors, creating and maintaining rules and workflows, supporting and maintaining the IAM environment by handling tickets and incidents, and building and customizing the user interface, certification campaigns, forms, and reports. You will also lead in complex problem investigations and solution development, documenting design and configuration management, and supporting audit and risk assessments by providing evidence. Finally, you will collaborate with various partners including system engineering, developers, HR, application owners, and auditors.
