Requirements

10–12 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT services industry
Advanced degree in HR or CIPD certification preferred
Strong understanding of UK employment law, compliance, and HR operations
Experience in performance management, compensation, and benefits design
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Passion for employee engagement, DEI, and culture-building initiatives
Strategic mindset with operational excellence

Responsibilities

Lead HR planning, prioritisation, and leadership engagement across UK
Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management
Lead and advise on employee relations cases including performance, disciplinaries, redundancies, and settlement agreements, in consultation with legal
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits enrolment, performance reviews, and exits
Maintain and update Employee Handbook and HR policies in line with evolving UK employment law
Oversee payroll operations, pension contributions and compliance reviews
Support compensation, performance management, and talent calibration processes
Collaborate with global HR teams on process improvements and regional initiatives
Facilitate monthly Manager Forums and Connect townhalls, including agenda planning, recognition, and follow-ups
Coordinate Top Talent Connects and provide actionable insights to leadership
Prepare and present executive packs covering attrition themes, headcount trends, and engagement metrics
Drive employee engagement initiatives such as Office Hours, wellbeing programs, Diversity & Inclusion events etc
