Responsibilities

  • Lead HR planning, prioritisation, and leadership engagement across UK
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management
  • Lead and advise on employee relations cases including performance, disciplinaries, redundancies, and settlement agreements, in consultation with legal
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits enrolment, performance reviews, and exits
  • Maintain and update Employee Handbook and HR policies in line with evolving UK employment law
  • Oversee payroll operations, pension contributions and compliance reviews
  • Support compensation, performance management, and talent calibration processes
  • Collaborate with global HR teams on process improvements and regional initiatives
  • Facilitate monthly Manager Forums and Connect townhalls, including agenda planning, recognition, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate Top Talent Connects and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Prepare and present executive packs covering attrition themes, headcount trends, and engagement metrics
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives such as Office Hours, wellbeing programs, Diversity & Inclusion events etc
