Requirements

  • Enrolled at a European university in a bachelor's degree or master’s degree program
  • Preferable field of studies: Human Resources, Business, General Management, Communication, or relevant field
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • EU working rights are required
  • Proven ability to drive execution while always meeting deadlines
  • Outcome driven and taking responsibility/accountability for tasks
  • Ability to produce quality work while prioritizing multiple simultaneous deliverables and working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills along with presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Supporting HR Business Partners and HR Specialists/Leads with administrative duties, analysis and HR processes
  • Supporting the on-boarding of new employees
  • Contributing to HR projects such as engagement, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisitions, payroll and health management
  • Assisting employees in administration, maintaining data accuracy
  • Supporting with employee queries and/or being first point of contact for employees for various topics
