The role reports to the Head of HR Business Partnering, works alongside a talented group of HR Business Partners, is supported by Crew Central, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and Reward teams within a complex, matrixed global organization.
A strong candidate will have experience serving as a strategic HR partner to business areas of medium size and complexity, providing high-impact support in a matrixed global organization, offering leader coaching, managing employee relations, and driving people strategies aligned with business objectives.
