  • Comprehensive expertise in works constitution, social security, and labor law, including the application of collective agreements—ideally within the metal and electrical industries

  • Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Support the establishment of a World-class, safety-driven Manufacturing facility by ensuring resourcing and talent needs are met, and by delivering an engaging work environment
  • Collaborate with senior management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize Human Resources initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
  • Align HR policies and programs which promote employee engagement, retention, and performance
  • Act as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc
  • Lead on collaboration with the local works council ensuring regular dialogue to deliver positive employee relations and execution of any works council agreements
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to senior management
