Requirements

Extensive experience in Human Resources consulting
Strong background in Talent Management
Decision Making and Critical Thinking
Business Acumen
Influencing others and strategy
Experience being part of leadership team and leading change
Comprehensive expertise in works constitution, social security, and labor law, including the application of collective agreements—ideally within the metal and electrical industries
Proven track record of collaborating with works councils and implementing company agreements
Very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship

Responsibilities

Support the establishment of a World-class, safety-driven Manufacturing facility by ensuring resourcing and talent needs are met, and by delivering an engaging work environment
Collaborate with senior management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize Human Resources initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives
Align HR policies and programs which promote employee engagement, retention, and performance
Act as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc
Lead on collaboration with the local works council ensuring regular dialogue to deliver positive employee relations and execution of any works council agreements
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to senior management
