  • Ability to support functional areas with employee team sizes up to 200 across multiple geographies (Canada, US, Bermuda, France, Ireland, UK, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Singapore)

Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement HR Strategy supporting business goals for designated global business units
  • Provide dynamic solutions using HR experience, data analyses, and organizational agility for effective decision-making
  • Support growth and development of functional areas
  • Guide and advise Executive Leadership Team on creating trust and engagement, ensuring HR effectively supports the business
  • Align HR strategies and initiatives to business objectives within Group framework
  • Promote robust performance management, succession, and development planning processes, including annual reviews, coaching, and career development
  • Provide guidance to senior leadership on change management for key organizational development initiatives and projects
  • Offer pragmatic, consistent guidance to management and employees on all aspects of employee relations
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (Staffing, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to design and execute recruitment, retention, and development plans
  • Lead enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives with cross-functional teams
