Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or any relevant field
  • A minimum of 7 years experience in a specialist or generalist HR role with a strong understanding and in-depth knowledge in two or more core areas, such as business partnering, labour relations, performance & rewards, talent management, workforce planning, employer branding, and learning & development (L&D). Additional fields desirable, such as: Project Management, or Business Planning
  • Experience working with senior level management (officer & director level) required
  • Up to date and keen interest on current and upcoming People & Talent market trends
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting to identify insights and develop recommendations. Ability to develop and present data and information alongside strategic recommendations and solutions, tailored to variety of audiences, including at a Senior Officer level
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to develop complex plans and execute on both short and long-term strategies
  • Capability to communicate, negotiate and influence decisions with business units, aligning on necessary trade-offs between business and HR teams
  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively and lead / support project teams with indirect reporting in support of aligned business unit need
  • Team player mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on aligned business unit and proactively communicate business requirements and business-related trends to the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and in-market EU and global HR teams to inform strategies and programs
  • Act as a trusted advisor at officer level to business unit, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on support where needed
  • Connect and lead across cross-functional group of HR teams to ensure business unit needs are visible and supported
  • Attend Senior Officer staff meetings; develop and present People updates to Officer teams
  • Track, prioritize and support all global HR initiatives in motion and requested for aligned business unit and vice versa to inform and engage local HR teams
  • Lead and measure the impact of business-unit adapted programs based on best practices and guidance from the COEs to enhance employee skills, capabilities and engagement
  • Drive engagement and culture-building initiatives that enhance the employee experience within business unit
  • Facilitate the talent workforce planning process and manage the action plan to close identified gaps in talent supply or demand alongside COEs
