Requirements

You have the legal entity needed to do freelance work
You are able to work in our office in Barcelona 5 days per week
You can work everyday, for a minimum of 15h per week up to 25h per week
You speak Spanish perfectly and are comfortable with English or French
You have at least one freelance experience in Administrative support, Law or Human Resources
You are passionate about administrative HR tasks
You're organized, rigorous and detail-oriented
You listen to feedback and are constantly looking for ways to do things better

Responsibilities

Organizing the admin part of onboarding and offboarding of new employees
Managing all the payroll process and luncheon vouchers
Dealing with the day to day admin life of our employees (absences / probation period / promotions / questions from employees and managers)
