Responsibilities

The HR Advisor will manage and improve core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes, while maintaining accurate and compliant employee data in BambooHR. They will prepare employment documents, advise employees and managers on HR policies, support employee relations, deliver a smooth onboarding experience, and contribute to engagement and culture initiatives. Additionally, the HR Advisor will produce regular HR reports, support internal audits, and liaise with Legal and Compliance on employment matters, as well as assist with employee benefits administration.
