Requirements
Ability to build relationships with business leaders and provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy
Proficiency in using and requesting data strategically, identifying trends in qualitative and quantitative data, and interpreting analyses tied to business priorities
Strong problem-solving skills to identify root causes and design/implement cross-disciplinary solutions
Expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
Capability to provide white glove customer service support in all HR areas to all employee levels
Experience driving cyclical HR processes while maintaining global consistency
Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory changes in employment law for relevant business areas and jurisdictions
Oversight of employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and end-to-end internal investigations, including preparing summations of findings and recommendations
Ability to maintain compliance with federal (and implied global) regulations

Drive all cyclical processes within assigned business areas, ensuring global consistency with other regional business partners
Build knowledge of best practices and regulatory changes in HR and employment law for business area and jurisdiction
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations; conduct end-to-end internal investigations and prepare thorough summations of findings and recommendations on outcomes
