Requirements

  • Ability to build relationships with business leaders and provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy

  • Experience driving cyclical HR processes while maintaining global consistency
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and regulatory changes in employment law for relevant business areas and jurisdictions
  • Oversight of employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and end-to-end internal investigations, including preparing summations of findings and recommendations
  • Ability to maintain compliance with federal (and implied global) regulations

Responsibilities

  • Use and request data strategically to identify trends, improve organizational health, and support informed decisions tied to business priorities
  • Solve problems by getting to the root cause and designing/implementing solutions across multiple disciplines
  • Provide expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
  • Provide support in all areas of HR to all levels of Nexxen employees with white glove customer service
  • Drive all cyclical processes within assigned business areas, ensuring global consistency with other regional business partners
  • Build knowledge of best practices and regulatory changes in HR and employment law for business area and jurisdiction
  • Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations; conduct end-to-end internal investigations and prepare thorough summations of findings and recommendations on outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with federal regulations
