Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent degree with 6+ years of HR Experience

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with business leaders to understand their needs to provide tailored HR solutions
  • Implementing HR policies and practices within departments, ensuring compliance to labour laws and regulations and promoting a positive work environment that aligns with organisational goals and employee needs
  • Providing guidance and support to People Leaders on talent management, performance management and employee relations
  • Analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that HR initiatives support overall business performance
  • Acting as a liaison between HR and other departments, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring that HR policies and practices are effectively implemented
  • Managing initiatives / projects aligned to organisational development initiatives
  • Providing HR consultation and direction in people strategy, change management, and leadership development
  • Partnering with multiple senior leaders and stakeholders that manage team members across multiple global regions and with functional experts in HR across several regions to deliver on specific needs and projects
