Ability to network with nearby stores, Hubs, PDQ, and external suppliers for order fulfillment
MVR certification (may be required)
Complete all training materials and attend all store meetings
Competent at oral and written communications and basic math computations
Prior retail experience, including basic merchandising and inventory management skills
Able to drive forklift (if certified and applicable), use hand truck, and pallet jack
Well mannered, neat in appearance, and ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner
Previous work records demonstrating stability and performance results
Ability to work on short notice and/or flexible hours including nights and weekends
High school diploma or GED

Ability to operate inventory systems, store equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand jack), POS, and parts lookup systems
Ability to execute and train inventory systems and store equipment
Responsibilities
Day-to-day operations and workflow of all HUB functions, including execution of store Hub order fulfillment and inventory control
Lead 1 or more team members (HUB Inventory Specialist and HUB drivers), depending on HUB size and scope
Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders and processes in a timely manner
Provide direction, organize, delegate work, and ensure execution related to leading HUB-related Team Members (Hub/Loop Drivers and Hub Inventory Specialist)
