Responsibilities

Act as a HRIS Data Analyst for a novel type of aircraft development targeting the autonomous UAM market
Learn Workday and turn raw data into useful workforce insights that leaders can act on
Support problem-solving activities in data quality, employee experience metrics, and identify process improvements
Build dashboards and reporting that help leaders make smarter people decisions
Additional projects include documentation and survey management
