Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, reporting, or analysis
Hands-on experience with UKG
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience creating pivot tables, charts, and complex formulas
Strong understanding of HR processes, data flows, and compliance requirements
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with HRIS reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge of payroll systems and integrations
Experience with HRIS upgrades, module implementations, and automation initiatives

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for HRIS inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Maintain system configurations, workflows, and security roles to ensure compliance and optimal performance
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across all HR systems
Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
Develop, maintain, and deliver standard and ad hoc HR reports for business leaders
Analyze HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve processes
Provide training to HR and leadership teams on running and interpreting reports
Partner with HR stakeholders to evaluate and improve system processes and workflows
Recommend system enhancements to increase efficiency and user experience
Assist in HRIS-related projects, including upgrades, module implementations, and automation initiatives
