The HRBP will champion Lambda's culture and values by promoting and integrating them across teams. They will provide strategic HR partnering to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals. The HRBP will support team leadership by offering guidance on key initiatives and team dynamics. They will develop and execute HR strategies tailored to engineering teams and provide performance management support to leaders. Additionally, they will take an active role in talent acquisition and development, ensuring new hires align with team values.
