Responsibilities

  • Support operations primarily for compensation (including sales incentive plans) and benefits as a member of the Total Rewards Operations team, and assist with various operations
  • Promptly respond to and process Total Rewards-related inquiries received via ServiceNow
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects for continuous process and quality improvement
  • Support teams in identifying issues, implementing solutions, and process improvements
  • Promote optimization of HR processes, workflows, metrics, and systems
  • Support definition of system requirements to promote efficiency, automation, and self-service for various HR processes
  • Assist with HR and labor affairs operations and other related tasks
