  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of HR generalist or operations experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Proven experience in managing HR service delivery or helpdesk functions
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employment verification, and compliance documentation
  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee requests related to leaves, benefits, transfers, policy queries, and other HR transactions
  • Ensure HR processes are standardized, efficient, and compliant with company policies and local labor laws
  • Partner with internal departments (payroll, legal, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery
  • Lead the HR helpdesk function to ensure employee queries are handled professionally and efficiently
  • Assign, monitor, and track helpdesk tickets and ensure timely closure and resolution
  • Develop and maintain HR FAQs, service guidelines, and knowledge-sharing tools
  • Analyze trends in helpdesk inquiries and recommend process improvements to reduce recurring issues
  • Supervise, train, and support a team of HR coordinators or service agents
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery by streamlining workflows and identifying automation opportunities
  • Ensure quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on service delivery metrics and employee feedback
