Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4–6 years of HR generalist or operations experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment regulations, and employee lifecycle processes
Proven experience in managing HR service delivery or helpdesk functions
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have: Familiarity with Darwinbox Helpdesk Ticketing Systems
Nice to Have: Experience in a shared services environment or corporate HR operations

Responsibilities

Supervise daily HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employment verification, and compliance documentation
Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee requests related to leaves, benefits, transfers, policy queries, and other HR transactions
Ensure HR processes are standardized, efficient, and compliant with company policies and local labor laws
Partner with internal departments (payroll, legal, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery
Lead the HR helpdesk function to ensure employee queries are handled professionally and efficiently
Assign, monitor, and track helpdesk tickets and ensure timely closure and resolution
Develop and maintain HR FAQs, service guidelines, and knowledge-sharing tools
Analyze trends in helpdesk inquiries and recommend process improvements to reduce recurring issues
Supervise, train, and support a team of HR coordinators or service agents
Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery by streamlining workflows and identifying automation opportunities
Ensure quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded
Provide regular reporting and insights on service delivery metrics and employee feedback
