Relevant work experience on administrative or similar position – minimum 2 years
Higher education in Human Resources / Legal / Psychology or related field
Knowledge in labor law and applied practices is an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office or related HR software
Excellent communication skills to work with the customer
Positive and friendly attitude
Good level of English (Intermediate and above)
On-site presence at the office 4 days a week
Responsibilities
Collects employees' personal data, inputs it into the ERP system, and keeps it updated. Maintains personal files, ensuring their completeness and accuracy
Processes employment contracts, amendments to them, orders, and assists with employee transfers and promotions – prepares all necessary documents
Assists in preparing documents related to labor relations: sick leave, overtime, vacation days, etc. Ensures they are provided on time, correctly, and in compliance with the legislation
Maintains the internal Absence Management Process by communicating and explaining the process, monitoring its implementation in accordance with legal requirements
Works with employees by providing assistance and clarification regarding labor legislation and the ERP system, advising them from both the employer's and the employee's perspective
Prepares all kinds of reference, letters, documents, labor books etc. regarding labor relation
Participates in the automation of data storage and processing: identifies necessary opportunities, supports data collection, and prepares technical tasks. Controls the implementation, tests, and approves the changes
Communicates with department managers to ensure timely and accurate data on absences and attendance
Works with the team to develop and implement local regulations (e.g., Human Resources Policy, overtime pay rules, compensation and benefits policy, travel policy, etc.)
