Responsibilities

  • Act as a key driver in building and sustaining a positive, high-performance culture across three sites
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR and L&D strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Lead succession planning and talent initiatives, ensuring a strong pipeline for future growth
  • Oversee orientation and onboarding programs for new hires and internal role transitions
  • Design and deliver development programs for all levels, supporting continuous learning and career progression
  • Collaborate with management to identify and implement initiatives that enhance performance and adaptability
  • Analyse KPIs and other metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
  • Manage and deliver culture-building initiatives to strengthen employee relations and engagement
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development plan aligned with medium- and long-term business needs
  • Support rollout of global L&D programs and ensure local alignment
  • Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training priorities
  • Oversee the plant L&D budget effectively
  • Collaborate with EHS to promote safety awareness and training
  • Partner with managers on feedback, check-ins, and development planning
  • Engage with universities and external organisations to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
  • Bring fresh ideas and creativity to elevate learning and engagement initiatives
