Advanced level of French (reading, writing, speaking)
Speaking Dutch would be a plus
Over 5 years experience in HR area

Responsibilities

Oversee HR Administration of a pool of employees, interns and apprentices
Manage entry and departure formalities
Update data in HR systems (local and global systems)
Transmit data to Payroll
Prepare letters and addendums
Monitor part-time work
Update sick leave and maternity leave in HR system
Manage the monthly internal controls for pool of employees, interns and apprentices
Backup colleagues during vacation or short periods of illness
Coordinate one or several HR Processes linked to HR Administration
