Responsibilities include reading and analyzing client processes, executing processes accurately and timely, escalating complex issues, participating in client calls and preparing minutes, ensuring LWI’s are followed and training team members, performing root cause analysis, proposing process improvements, understanding and improvising metrics, updating process metrics daily, and maintaining MIS.
Any Graduation is required with 1 to 3 years of experience. Strong candidates will have the mandatory skills in HR transactions, customer service, Excel, communication, and problem-solving.
