Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of project management experience in HR compliance, workforce governance, or contingent labor management, with a strong understanding of UK, EU, and EMEA labor laws and contingent workforce regulations. Proven experience managing multi-country compliance frameworks within EMEA, the ability to lead cross-functional projects, and an analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis, compliance tracking, and reporting are essential. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is required, and preferred qualifications include experience in workforce governance, HR policy standardization, a Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile), and a background in HR Operations, employment law compliance, or labor law consultancy, particularly in fast-paced, multinational environments.

Responsibilities

The HR Project Manager, Compliance will support and equip local teams across EMEA with the necessary frameworks, tools, and guidelines to ensure contingent workforce compliance. They will influence senior stakeholders to implement standardized workforce policies and processes across more than 20 EMEA countries, conduct compliance audits and risk assessments, and collaborate with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations to implement compliant workforce strategies. The role involves engaging with vendors, contractors, and external partners to optimize workforce classification, contracts, and regulatory processes, developing scalable frameworks and policies that anticipate changes in EMEA labor laws, and providing data-driven insights and reports on workforce trends, compliance risks, and process improvements. Additionally, the project manager will champion workforce governance and operational efficiency, embedding a culture of compliance across the region.
