  • Supportare la gestione delle relazioni con i dipendenti, garantendo il rispetto delle policy e delle normative
  • Partecipare alle attività di performance management e coaching
  • Aiutare nell’implementazione di programmi HR globali e locali, assicurando coerenza e adattamento alle esigenze
  • Raccogliere e monitorare dati HR, contribuendo all’analisi per individuare aree di miglioramento
