Responsibilities

  • Provide individual employee coaching and guidance
  • Support key, large-scale HR processes (e.g., performance achievement process)
  • Accountable for supporting issues to closure in career development, engagement, compensation, training, and performance achievement (performance counselling)
  • Help build communities for people with similar skills/client focus
  • Play a key role in supporting new employee onboarding
  • Support execution of talent strategy by collaborating with Talent Strategist to understand priorities and make employees aware of opportunities
  • Use data and storytelling to deliver insights to the business on key talent metrics
  • Collaborate with other HR teams on talent priorities, inclusion & diversity, employee experience, and learning/up-skilling strategies
  • Deliver 360° value by identifying automations and efficiencies to elevate employee experience
  • Leverage employee listening strategy and action planning to support engagement and strategic people programs
  • Provide support for employees to be proficient in self-service support
  • Capture and escalate moderate/serious ER concerns to central ER for investigations and resolution
  • Work with scheduler to provide insight into employee aspirations and coach on “best fit” roles
  • Collaborate with Global Mobility team on visa escalations, work permits, and immigration matters
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices
