Responsibilities

  • Support the team in London in a broad range of strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Pivot from strategic thinking to practical implementation and back
  • Serve as a resource for employees to resolve issues
  • Hold long-term strategic discussions with senior leaders
  • Coach new managers on employee relations issues
  • Help design and improve people processes (e.g., performance management)
  • Dig into data
  • Work alongside other HR Partners to support colleagues as a key member of the global HR team
  • Lend expertise to inform strategy on issues related to firm growth, performance feedback, career and leadership development, and benefits and compensation planning
  • Collaborate on initiatives on a global scale
  • Refine the role to meet the evolving needs of the firm over time
